The Halifax Academy Vikings won the last time they faced the Faith Christian Patriots, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Halifax Academy enjoyed a cozy 44-26 victory over Faith Christian.
Halifax Academy found their leader in underclassman Hayden Hilton, who scored 15 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 steals. Hilton is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddy Bethel, who scored 4 points along with 13 rebounds.
The win got Halifax Academy back to even at 3-3. As for Faith Christian, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Halifax Academy will head out on the road to face off against Harrells Christian Academy at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Faith Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kerr-Vance Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
