It was a good run, but South Webster unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 66-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Cornerstone Christian Patriots. The loss was a bit of a surprise, as the Jeeps came into the game with a sizable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 28th, while the Patriots are ranked 100th).

South Webster's defeat dropped their record down to 22-4. As for Cornerstone Christian, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 22-7.

South Webster has already played their next contest (against Cornerstone Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Cornerstone Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
