Minnechaug Regional was the victim of a tough 78-53 defeat at the hands of Pittsfield. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Minnechaug Regional in their matchups with Pittsfield: they've now lost five in a row.
Pope Francis Prep's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Minnechaug Regional, they dropped their record down to 8-7 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road.
