Noble-Whitley Warriors was led to victory by Caidyn Berna and Colt Kirkpatrick. Berna dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten rebounds, while Kirkpatrick dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 rebounds. That makes it six consecutive games in which Kirkpatrick has scored at least 25% of Noble-Whitley Warriors' points. Another player making a difference was Grason Haney, who scored eight points along with eight rebounds and three steals.
Angola HomeSchool bumped their record down to 0-5 with that defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Noble-Whitley Warriors, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 11-9.
Angola HomeSchool will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Benton HomeSchool at 8:45 p.m. on February 9th. As for Noble-Whitley Warriors, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Kokomo HomeSchool at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Kokomo HomeSchool focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 19 two weeks ago.
