They took a serious blow against the Lions on Wednesday, falling 65-38. Trinity Christian Academy was down 50-29 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kaylin Spor, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Spor has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Haylee Morelli, who scored 14 points.
Trinity Christian Academy has been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. As for Calvary Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 14-11.
