There's no place like home for Wallkill, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They claimed a resounding 71-27 win over the Rondout Valley Ganders. With that victory, the Panthers brought their scoring average up to 52.9 points per game.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Wallkill to victory, but perhaps none more so than Moses Hunter, who went 7 of 8 on his way to 18 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alex Marshall, who went 5 for 10 on his way to 12 points and three steals.

With the win, Wallkill broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-5. As for Rondout Valley, their defeat was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-8.

When Wallkill and Rondout Valley next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Wallkill will try to stop Our Lady of Lourdes' four-game winning streak when the meet at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rondout Valley will try to stop Red Hook's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:45 p.m. on Friday.
