Legacy Prep Christian Academy pushed the score to 46-21 by the end of the third, a deficit Cypress Christian had little chance of recovering from.
Legacy Prep Christian Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ava Brieger, who scored 14 points along with five assists and three steals. Brieger has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times she's played. Molly Steed was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with seven rebounds and four steals.
The victory was the third in a row for Legacy Prep Christian Academy, bringing their record for this year to 17-11. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.3 points. As for Cypress Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
