Volleyball Recap: Knightstown Gets the Win

Fans were treated to a battle of the Panthers on Saturday. Knightstown walked away with a 2-0 win over Elwood. Knightstown was shut out 2-0 the last time they took on Elwood, so Knightstown was just returning the favor.

Despite the loss, Elwood saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Addie Jones had five aces and four digs.

Knightstown's victory bumped their record up to 2-5. As for Elwood, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Coming up, Knightstown will face off against Centerville at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Elwood, they will take on Kokomo at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
