Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glassboro). They put the hurt on the Ocean City Raiders with a sharp 49-24 victory on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bulldogs.

Ocean City's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lilly Murphy, who posted six points.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-3. As for Ocean City, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Glassboro will head out to square off against Woodstown at 5:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Woodstown will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Glassboro surely won't give up without a fight. Ocean City and Newark Academy will round out the year against one another at at 1:30 p.m. on Monday.
