Moses Brown is 6-0 against Chariho since March of 2016, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Moses Brown Quakers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chariho Chargers at 6:30 p.m. Moses Brown will be looking to keep their 17-game home win streak alive.
Moses Brown stacked a ninth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by Woonsocket at home to the tune of 54-15. Given Moses Brown's advantage in MaxPreps' Rhode Island basketball rankings (they are ranked second, while Woonsocket is ranked 48th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Moses Brown found their leader in underclassman Lauren Bousquet, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelynn Perez, who scored 14 points.
Meanwhile, Chariho didn't have too much trouble with Cumberland at home on Monday as they won 64-45. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chariho.
Moses Brown's win bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Chariho, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.
Moses Brown strolled past Chariho in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 by a score of 51-35. Will Moses Brown repeat their success, or does Chariho have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
