Taunton has gone 9-1 against Attleboro recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Tigers will challenge the Bombardiers at 3:45 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Taunton 1.9, Attleboro 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
Taunton proved they can win big on Monday (they won by ten) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Oliver Ames, sneaking past 2-1. The victory continues a trend for Taunton in their matchups with Oliver Ames: they've now won five in a row.

Alex Hebert Jr spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one hit any time he's pitched this season.
At the plate, Taunton's win was truly a team effort as seven different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Jace Galante, who went 2-for-3 with one double and one RBI. Joseph Benoit also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
Taunton hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least three batters in three consecutive contests.
The home team had come away the winner the last five times Attleboro and Stoughton had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Bombardiers put the hurt on the Black Knights with a sharp 12-0 victory on Wednesday. Considering the Bombardiers have won five matches by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Ryan Landry looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched.
On the hitting side, Attleboro got a big performance out of Jeremy O'Hara, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those two runs gave O'Hara a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Ben Lally, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Attleboro's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.8 runs over those games. As for Taunton, their record is now 13-3.
Taunton came out on top in a nail-biter against Attleboro in their previous meeting back in April, sneaking past 5-4. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Tigers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
