Football Recap: Sale Creek Makes It Five in a Row at Home

It's playoff time, and Sale Creek had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 14-6 win over the Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts Eagles on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 20-0 two weeks ago.

Sale Creek's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 5.2 points per game. As for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Sale Creek will take on Tyner Academy in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sale Creek's defense has only allowed 9.9 points per game this season, so Tyner Academy's offense will have their work cut out for them. Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
