Katelyn Ostendorf turned in yet another pitching appearance with more than six strikeouts on Thursday. She produced her best game of the campaign: she struck out eight batters over 7.2 innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Those eight strikeouts gave her a new career-high.
