Rolesville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Devon Thomas led the charge by rushing for 195 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.2 yards per carry. Braden Atkinson was another key contributor, throwing for 292 yards and five touchdowns.
Fuquay - Varina now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Rolesville, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with that win, which was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season.
