Basketball Recap: Johnson Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Johnson won the last time they faced Canyon and things went their way on Friday too. The Johnson Jaguars managed a 66-60 win over the Canyon Cougars.

Johnson's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-9. As for Canyon, they now have a losing record at 11-12.

Johnson and Bowie will round out the year against one another at at 9:30 a.m. on Friday. Bowie knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matchups -- so hopefully Johnson likes a good challenge. As for Canyon, they will venture away from home to take on New Braunfels at 1:00 p.m. on December 28th.
