Softball Game Preview: South Hunterdon Eagles vs. Somerville Pioneers

For the second straight game, South Hunterdon will face off against Somerville. The Eagles will host the Pioneers at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Last Tuesday, South Hunterdon didn't have quite enough to beat Somerville and fell 3-2. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The victory keeps Somerville at an undefeated 5-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 8.0 runs this season. As for South Hunterdon, they now have a losing record of 1-2.
