It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Glen Lake Lakers had no problem doing just that  on Thursday. They strolled past the Eagles with  points to spare, taking the game  65-49. The  victory was nothing new for Glen Lake as they're now sitting on seven straight.
 Glen Lake found their leader in underclassman  Jacob Plamondon, who  dropped  a double-double on 23 points and 13  rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which  Plamondon has scored at least a third of Glen Lake's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Michael Houtteman, who  scored eight points along with two  steals.
 Glen Lake is  on a roll lately: they've  won 13 of their last 14 contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record  this season. As for Bellaire, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-5.
 Glen Lake's road trip will continue as they head out to face Sacred Heart Academy at 7:00  p.m.  on March 12th. Sacred Heart Academy will roll in looking for their  sixth straight  victory, something Glen Lake surely won't give up without a fight. Bellaire does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
