Servite is 8-0-2 in play against St. John Bosco since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. Servite will be playing at home against St. John Bosco at 3:15 p.m.
Last Friday, it was close, but Servite sidestepped Santa Margarita for a 2-1 victory.
Servite was led to victory by the tag-team duo of
Mattias Kremer and
Martin Rico, who scored.
Meanwhile, St. John Bosco has not won a game since December 28, 2023, a trend which continued on Friday. Neither they nor JSerra Catholic could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
Servite's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-4-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 3.0 goals per game. St. John Bosco's draw makes their record 7-9-3 on the season.
