The Hamburg Lions won against the Star City Bulldogs last Friday with 42 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. Hamburg enjoyed a cozy 42-26 victory over Star City. Hamburg didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this win makes it their second in a row.
Willis Robinson had an outrageously good game as he rushed for 144 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. Robinson was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 54 yards. Kaeden Thomas also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Hamburg's win bumped their record up to 3-6. As for Star City, they have fallen quite a ways from their 10-2 record last season and are now at 1-9.
Hamburg will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Warren at 7:00 p.m. on November 2nd. As for Star City, they will head out on the road to face off against Monticello at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
