The Colton-Pierrepont Colts scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They were the clear victor by a 66-43 margin over St. Regis Falls. With that win, Colton-Pierrepont brought their scoring average up to 53.2 points per game.
Eric Friedel was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 28 points and 11 rebounds. Friedel set a new season high mark in steals with six. The team also got some help courtesy of Nate Smith, who scored 13 points along with three steals.
The win makes it two in a row for Colton-Pierrepont and bumps their season record up to 3-1. As for St. Regis Falls, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-3.
Colton-Pierrepont will be playing at home against Brushton-Moira at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Regis Falls, they will head out on the road to face off against Tupper Lake at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
