While Tolar's win against Early wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Rattlers had just enough and edged out the Longhorns 4-3 on Tuesday. The Rattlers haven't had any issues with the Longhorns recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Nolan Cauble was excellent, going 1-for-2 with one triple, two RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Noah Yanish, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

Tolar's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Early, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Tolar will have a chance to go back-to-back against Early: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
