The Vanoss Wolves are taking a road trip to take on the Pauls Valley Panthers at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Vanoss will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each match than the last.
Vanoss is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Wynnewood 15-1 on Tuesday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Wolves with their most commanding win of the season.
Kanon Bradley made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Vanoss is 2-1 when he allows at most three earned runs, but 7-12 otherwise. Bradley was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with two runs, one double, and one RBI. Those two runs gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, Cole Reeder was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Cooper Treat, who went 3-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last contest, Pauls Valley made sure to put some runs up on the board against Stratford on Thursday. The Panthers put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 11-1 win. Considering the Panthers' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Like Vanoss, Pauls Valley also got a great game from a two-way player: Ryan Dennis. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching five innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Dennis has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances. He was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Logan Schaper, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases and three runs. Another player making a difference was Tanner Perry, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Pauls Valley kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. That's the most hits they've managed all season.
Pauls Valley moved to 4-20 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Vanoss, their record now sits at 9-13.
