A Season-Best Effort from Phillip Green Leads Madisonville over Giddings
Phillip Green produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Madisonville to the win on Friday. Green's rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his tenth straight game with at least 101 rushing yards. He showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 62 yards.
Madisonville has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Green and Madisonville will challenge Gatesville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Sealy found a leader in Kane Killough as the team took down La Grange on Friday. La Grange had no answer to Killough as he threw for 234 yards and three touchdowns while completing 78.6% of his passes, and also rushed for 82 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries.
Sealy's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-3. Killough and Sealy will take on Robinson at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Cooper Posts Huge Game in 48-38 Defeat
Clayton Cooper continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his third-straight game with at least 107 rushing yards. He rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns, and also threw for 186 yards and two touchdowns.
On the year, Cooper has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 187.8 passing yards per game. It gets even more impressive: after ten games last season, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to 22.
