Henryetta is 2-7 against Okemah since October of 2014 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Friday. The Henryetta Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Okemah Panthers at 7:00  p.m.
 Last Thursday, Henryetta took a serious blow against Vian, falling  49-14. Henryetta was down  43-7 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
 The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was  NICK HUDSON, who gained 100 total yards and a touchdown.
 Okemah can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game  on Thursday. They came out on top against Roland by a score of  35-24.
 Okemah's victory bumped their  season record to 2-5 while Henryetta's loss dropped theirs to 3-4.
 Everything came up roses for Henryetta against Okemah in their previous matchup  back in October of 2022 as the  team secured a  59-14 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Henryetta since the  squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
