Bonilla Posts Huge Game in 21-12 Loss
Starting off the list is Ellicott's Tony Bonilla, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Bonilla rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making nine total tackles (1.5 for loss).

The defeat snapped Colorado Springs Christian's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-3 record. Hoggard and Colorado Springs Christian are taking a road trip to square off against Ellicott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Rye's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to Josh George
Thanks in part to Josh George, Rye said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. Ellicott had no answer to George on Friday as he made three total tackles. George showed off some serious burst, lighting up the secondary with a catch for 55 yards.
Rye's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. George and Rye will head out to take on Buena Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

Chris Scott Puts an End to Rye's Losing Streak on Friday
Thanks in part to Chris Scott, Rye said goodbye to their five-game losing streak. Scott did his part (and then some), throwing for 163 yards and three touchdowns while completing 85.7% of his passes, and also rushing for 36 yards for the 'W'.
