The Colfax Vikings will take on the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Colfax's favor as the squad sits on seven straight wins at home while Chetek-Weyerhaeuser has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
On Saturday, Colfax earned a 13-9 victory over St. Croix Central.
The team relied heavily on Brynn Sikora, who fired off two home runs, four runs, and five RBI while going 3-for-4. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April. Alleah Kunsman was another key player, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Alexis Tomsovic made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI. That home run marked the first that she has launched this season.
Chetek-Weyerhaeuser's defeat dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Colfax, their win bumped their record up to 13-3.
Chetek-Weyerhaeuser's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Colfax has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .516. It's a different story for Chetek-Weyerhaeuser, though, as they've only averaged .345. Will they be able to contain Colfax's hitters?
