They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Community Christian Academy 64-5 at home. Veritas Christian Academy might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team's won six matches by 30 points or more this season.
Brooke Miller was her usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with six steals and five assists. Another player making a difference was Caroline McClain, who scored 14 points.
Veritas Christian Academy pushed their record up to 9-5 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 34 points. As for Community Christian Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Veritas Christian Academy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Lake Lure Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 18th.
