Corcoran scored the most points they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 77-71 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Nichols Vikings. The Cougars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tre Paulfrey continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Nichols, almost dropping a double-double on 26 points and nine rebounds. With that strong performance, Paulfrey is now averaging an impressive 2.2 steals per game. Mitchell Masiello was another key player, dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds.

Corcoran now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Nichols, they moved to 4-5 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
