The Spring Hill Raiders lost against the Grace Christian Academy Lions two weeks ago, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Spring Hill took a hard 52-35 fall against Grace Christian Academy. While losing is never fun, Spring Hill can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while Grace Christian Academy is ranked 64th).
Despite the loss, Spring Hill still got an impressive performance from Jeycelyn Brashear, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 15 rebounds. Brashear hasn't dropped below two blocks for ten straight games.
Spring Hill struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Spring Hill's loss dropped their record down to 6-8. As for Grace Christian Academy, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 8-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Spring Hill will stay at home for another game and welcome Cornersville at 6:00 p.m. on December 15th. Grace Christian Academy will be home for the holidays to greet Antioch at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
