Gatesville posted their biggest win since December 6th on Friday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 53-18 victory over the McGregor Bulldogs. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Hornets also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Gatesville's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for McGregor, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-6.

Gatesville will be taking part in a tournament against Belton at 9:00 a.m. on Friday. As for McGregor, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Central Texas Christian at 1:00 p.m. on December 31st.
