Bryson Ashton posted a new career-low in earned runs on Saturday. He struck out eight batters over 3.1 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He is becoming a predictor of Prosser's success: when he allows at most three earned runs the team is undefeated (and 2-7 when he doesn't).
