That's the most  strikeouts  she has posted since  back in September of 2023. At the plate,  Spitz  went 2-for-3 with a  home run, three  RBI, and two  runs, while  Rickard  went 1-for-3 with a  home run and three  RBI.
 In other batting news, Twin River got a big performance out of  Mya Ramaekers, who  scored two  runs and  stole a base while going 1-for-1. The team also got some help courtesy of  JLee Van Driel, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases while going 2-for-4.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Twin River  didn't let batters stay on the plate for long and  finished the game with six  strikeouts. They are  a perfect 4-0 when  they post five or more  strikeouts.
 Meanwhile,  winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better  (just ask Highway 91). Everything went their way against South Sioux City on Tuesday as Highway 91 made off with  a  13-1 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest  victory of the  season.
 Twin River's win was  their fifth straight at home, which  pushed their record up to 16-2. As for Highway 91,  the  victory also got them back to even at 4-4.
