The Caravel Buccaneers scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 82-57 margin over Aberdeen. With Caravel ahead 50-21 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Several Eagles players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was JUSTIN FRANKLIN, who scored 14 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was DARION PARRIS, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and three steals.
Caravel pushed their record up to 7-5 with that win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.5 points per game. As for Aberdeen, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-10.
Caravel will be playing at home against Aberdeen at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday. Hopefully Aberdeen focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Saturday. Their road trip will continue as they head out to face Caravel at 12:15 p.m. on January 27th.
