Despite the defeat, Wildwood saw an underclassman step up: Zayden Garcia scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was Terriyon Bryant, who scored seven points along with seven rebounds.
Wildwood has not been sharp recently, as they've lost ten of their last 11 games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season. As for Hope Academy, their win bumped their record up to 17-9.

Hope Academy will take on East Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. East Ridge is hoping to put an end to a nine-game streak of away losses.
