Hatch has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Calhoun Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Calhoun took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Hatch, who comes in off a win.
Even though Southside scored an imposing 58 points on Wednesday, Hatch still came out on top. Hatch managed a 64-58 victory over Southside. The victory was just what Hatch needed coming off of a 62-40 defeat in their prior game.
Meanwhile, Calhoun lost to Marion at home by a decisive 52-38 margin on Tuesday.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Taylor Robertson, who scored 10 points. Another player making a difference was Tyler Robertson, who scored 16 points along with 7 rebounds and 3 blocks.
James Clemens' win bumped their season record to 0-0 while Hatch's loss dropped theirs to 2-5.
Hatch suffered a grim 76-53 defeat to Calhoun in their previous meeting on Thursday. Can Hatch avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
