There's no place like home for Sedgwick, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They came out on top against Ell-Saline by a score of 2-0 on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Sedgwick also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Sedgwick easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-19.

Sedgwick found their leader in sophomore Briella Steventon, who had eight digs and one assist.

Sedgwick was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Ell-Saline only served one.

Sedgwick's win bumped their record up to 23-10. As for Ell-Saline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-17 record this season.

Coincidentally, Sedgwick and Ell-Saline will both be playing Bennington the next time they take the court. Sedgwick will host Bennington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Ell-Saline will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
