The Triumph Charter Jaguars stacked a 14th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Wednesday. They blew past Lakeview Charter 57-33. Winning may never get old, but Triumph Charter sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Triumph Charter found their leader in underclassman Antonio Garcia III, who scored 18 points. Garcia III is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Oswaldo Araiza was another key contributor, scoring ten points.
Triumph Charter has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record this season. As for Lakeview Charter, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Triumph Charter will take on Valley Oaks CES at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Valley Oaks CES is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak. Lakeview Charter won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Community Charter at 2:30 p.m. on January 18th. Community Charter is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
