Capitol posted their biggest victory since February 23rd on Thursday. They blew past the Northeast Vikings, posting a 55-17 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Lions also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Braylon Guerin and Tyson Spears certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Guerin posted eight points and nine boards, while Spears put up no points along with five boards and three steals. Spears is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last three games he's played.

Capitol's victory bumped their record up to 4-7. As for Northeast, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season.

Capitol didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 62-49 defeat against Southern Lab on the 27th. As for Northeast, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 51-35 loss against Glen Oaks on the 28th.
