The Oviedo Lions stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They claimed a resounding 77-50 victory over Hagerty at home. The victory was nothing new for Oviedo as they're now sitting on three straight.
Oviedo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Cameron Bryant, who scored 15 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Caleb Pennyfeather, who scored 11 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks.
Despite the loss, Hagerty still got an impressive performance from Caden Douglass, who scored 16 points. Nicolas Garces was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Hagerty struggled to get the ball back on offense and finished the game with only three offensive rebounds. They were crushed by their opponents in that department as Oviedo pulled down ten offensive rebounds.
Oviedo pushed their record up to 16-3 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.9 points per game. As for Hagerty, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-7.
