Gladbrook-Reinbeck lost to Oelwein back in February of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Gladbrook-Reinbeck Rebels simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Oelwein Huskies 73-38. The Rebels have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 21 points or more this season.

Gladbrook-Reinbeck pushed their record up to 17-3 with the victory, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.4 points over those games. As for Oelwein, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-18.

Looking ahead, Gladbrook-Reinbeck will head out on the road to take on Union at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. Gladbrook-Reinbeck is facing Union at the right time seeing as Union is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Oelwein, they will face off against Wahlert on February 15th.
