While losing is never fun, San Miguel can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Arizona basketball rankings (they are ranked 331st, while the Lions are ranked 87th).
Mason Hoke continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, scoring 25 points along with six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Issac Hardeman, who scored ten points along with six assists and five rebounds.
San Miguel dropped their record down to 1-17 with that defeat, which was their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-9 record this season.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. San Miguel will take on the Wildcats at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they will play host again and welcome the Eagles, where tip off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
