Clark hasn't had much luck against Brandeis recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Cougars will square off against the Broncos at 2:00 p.m. Clark will come into the contest with an undefeated record on the line.
On Friday, Clark was able to grind out a solid win over Madison, taking the game 31-21.

09/06/25 vs Stevens | 2 |

Among those leading the charge was Isaiah Santillan, who threw for 117 yards and a pair of TDs while completing 86.7% of his passes. What's more, he racked up 22 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in November of 2024.
Meanwhile, the third road game was the charm for Brandeis, as they earned their first away victory of the season. They came out on top against Churchill by a score of 42-31 on Saturday. The win continues a trend for the Broncos in their matchups with the Chargers: they've now won seven in a row.
Clark better keep an eye on Jaron Morris. He was instrumental in Brandeis' win, rushing for 201 yards and three scores while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. Morris has become a key player for the Broncos: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. Layne Watkins also helped out with an impressive 80 receiving yards.
Brandeis was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 402 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Brandeis picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 4-2. As for Clark, their win bumped their record up to 6-0.
Saturday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Clark has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 179.7 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Brandeis struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 273.5 rushing yards. There's a good chance Saturday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Clark was able to grind out a solid victory over Brandeis in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, winning 17-7. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cougars since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
