After having lost a blowout in their previous game against North East, the Iroquois Braves were happy to have found some success on Friday. They managed a 41-36 win over Fairview. This was payback for Iroquois, who suffered a 60-15 defeat the last time these two teams met.
It was another big night for Orlando Brown, who scored 15 points along with six rebounds. Devin Brink was another key contributor, scoring six points along with nine rebounds.
Iroquois is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Fairview, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
Iroquois will head out on the road to face off against Seneca at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Seneca has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
