Stone can attribute much of their success to JaKobey Johnson, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and 12 rebounds. Jabori Moye was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 9 assists and 8 steals.
Lumberton's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Stone, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.
Lumberton will head out on the road to face off against Woodlawn Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Woodlawn Prep will be looking to keep their three-game home win streak alive. Stone will take on George County at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. George County will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Mississippi Rankings (they are ranked 226th, while Stone is ranked 52nd).
