Even though the Kingstree Blazers scored an imposing 62 points on Tuesday, the Manning Monarchs still came out on top. Manning took down Kingstree 79-62. With that  win, Manning brought their scoring average up to 53  points per game.
  Jeffrey Ceasar had a dynamite game for Manning,  scoring 33 points along with 5  assists. That makes it three consecutive games in which  Ceasar has scored at least 25% of Manning's points. The team also got some help courtesy of  Tavion Carter, who  scored 8 points along with 11  rebounds and 5  blocks.
 Several Blazers players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was   Antonio  KIngcade, who  scored 19 points along with 6  rebounds. Another player making a difference was  Adarius  Hilton, who  scored 14 points along with 5  rebounds.
 Manning now  has a winning record of 2-1. As for Kingstree, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
 Manning will be playing in front of their home fans against Scott's Branch at 7:30  p.m.  on Friday. As for Kingstree, they will head out on the road to face off against Hemingway at 8:00  p.m.  on Friday. Allowing an average of 67.5 points per game, Hemingway has struggled on the defensive end, but that doesn't have to be the case in this  match.
