It's playoff time, and Georgetown had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Waltrip Rams get on the board and left with a 10-0 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 13 games by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Georgetown, bringing their record up to 20-13-1. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Waltrip, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-9.

Georgetown will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Rams: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
