Gregori never let their opponents score on Wednesday. They blew past the Downey Knights 26-0. Considering the Jaguars have won ten games by more than 20  points this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 One reason for the win was Gregori's imposing  defense, which managed to get into the backfield for three sacks.  Armani Young was especially locked on to Downey's QB and sacked her twice.
Gregori has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 12 of their last 14 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record  this season. The  wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 8.6 points on average over those games. As for Downey, their defeat was  their seventh straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 2-18.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Gregori is set to  face off against  their familiar foe Turlock  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday. The two teams have allowed few  points on average (the Jaguars 9.6, the Bulldogs 9.4) so any  points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Downey will  challenge  rival Enochs  at 7:00  p.m.  on Monday.
