Cade Castles put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Wednesday. He struck out seven batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits (and not a single walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in 14 consecutive appearances.

Castles' effort led Davis Sr. over Rocklin and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
