On Saturday High Point take on Kittatinny Regional at 1:00 PM. High Point aren't expected to win, but seeing as the odds didn't stop them last game, maybe the squad has another upset up their sleeve.
High Point didn't have too much trouble with Wallkill Valley last Friday as they won 24-7. Among those leading the charge for High Point was senior Jake Liscinsky, who rushed for 96 yards and 1 touchdown. Liscinsky has now scored at least one touchdown in the past five games.
Meanwhile, Kittatinny Regional might be getting used to good results now that the team have four wins in a row. They took the matchup and then some with a 42-0 win over Lenape Valley. Kittatinny Regional were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
High Point simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Kittatinny Regional 47-12. The rematch might be a little tougher for High Point since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
