Highland Regional waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Timber Creek Regional Chargers, sneaking past 7-5. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 4-3 back in March.

Highland Regional pushed their record up to 9-6-1 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Timber Creek Regional, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-10.

Coming up, Highland Regional will welcome Deptford at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Spartans have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.26 runs per game on average), something the Tartans will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Timber Creek Regional, they will square off against Haddon Heights at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
